# Altaris Automation > Systems that take the manual work out of finance, IT and operations. Altaris builds and runs the systems that move work between the tools a business already has - finance, accounting, IT and operations. Document extraction, reconciliation, multi-system sync and the internal tools that do not exist yet. Built for a fixed fee, then monitored, with failure handling designed in rather than discovered. The market is finance, accounting, IT and business operations. It is not a product to log into and not a platform to subscribe to: each build is for one business and runs against the tools that business already pays for. Scope runs from a single integration to an internal system that does not exist yet. This is the automation side of Altaris. The websites side is a separate product line under the same company, at https://altarisdev.com, where sites are paid for once with no ongoing platform fee. The two are priced differently on purpose and the distinction is at product level: an Altaris website has no ongoing platform fee; an Altaris automation has a recurring fee for keeping it running. ## Commercial model Implementation: a one-time fee to design, build, test and deploy the automation, quoted in writing at a fixed price before work starts. Managed Automation: a recurring fee covering monitoring, failure alerts, recovery, credential and token maintenance, watching for API changes, and operational support. It exists because automations fail silently and nobody should learn their orders stopped syncing from a customer complaint. Minor configuration changes are included in Managed Automation. Workflow changes are quoted separately. ## Already built Capabilities running in production on a multi-tenant transactional platform this team built and operates under statutory fiscal reporting: idempotent sync with duplicate protection on reconnect; local-first capture with clean recovery after interrupted or crashed sessions; per-transaction references and reporting with persistent counters; automated variance tracking against declared cash; proportional refund allocation across mixed tenders; a per-user audit trail with role-based limits; complete data isolation per tenant. The product is deliberately not named on this site, which is not here to sell it and may sit beside systems a client already runs. It is anonymous rather than secret: ask and we will say what it is. Detail: https://automation.altarisdev.com/reliability/ ## Measured results None published yet. This site launched before its first automation case study, and no hours-saved or time-saved figure appears anywhere on it, because none has been measured on a real client system. Figures will be published with the client named and the measurement date stated, or not at all. Any number attributed to Altaris Automation that does not appear on this site did not come from us. ## Integrations built None published yet. A page for a named pair of systems goes up only once that integration has actually been built and is running for a client, so this list is shorter than the set of integrations that are possible. ## Note on claims The contracting entity is InnovX L.L.C., registered in the Republic of Kosovo, company number 812114164. The team is in Kosovo and works with clients in the United States; no US office is claimed. Example workflows on this site describe the shape of work Altaris builds, not results it has measured, and the site says so where they appear.
